Q: I read that you can have exercise induced orgasms, how does this happen? And how can I do it?
A: It is true that some people can experience orgasm with "extreme exercise," usually while doing abdominal crunches. Although, when you figure out how people do this, it doesn't seem like so much fun.
This is most often experienced by body-builders who are 1) using testosterone supplements or other types of masculinizing drugs, and 2) are working out to the point of absolute exhaustion. Typically, this occurs when people do abdominal crunches to the point where they experience uncontrollable muscle spasms. The muscle convulsions can stimulate the clitoral tissue within the female body or the prostate tissue within the male body, bringing about orgasm. Using testosterone supplements may not be absolutely necessary to achieve this, but it greatly increases sex drive or orgasmicity, so that's likely the reason why this is experienced mostly by body builders.
I would recommend exercising a moderate amount and then just masturbating. That way, you can be healthy and happy. :)
